At this point one of the issues identified was that the nursing admission assessment form nee ded to be redesigned in order to be compliant and a proper flow patient care was documented for admission right up to referrals or discharges. Corrective Action Plan: After identifying the problem a goal was set up to develop a new form that needed to be user friendly for the nursing staff, yet functional. The corrective action should include: à ·Easy flow of information and reader friendly. à ·Typesetting should be professional. à ·It should include an overall summary section for team members to review. à ·Accreditation requirements must be interwoven in natural flow within the context of the assessment and become more meaningful components to the assessment: The design of the new form was based on the following research: à ·This format would include prompts, interwoven accreditation requirements, and a summary section. à ·Nursing topics were grouped together so that it flowed logically together and the nurse only needed to indicate negative exceptions to a healthy assessment. The form also grouped together the need for financial assistance, need for case management referral, spiritual considerations, suspected abuse and neglect, and assistance at home, as well. Prompt boxes were also designed by these sections because it was the teamââ¬â¢s belief that referrals to case management, the business office, and social services were also important in care planning. Such referrals or at least the documentation of the referral, had often times b een missing on our old assessment form. Referrals for regulatory requirements to PT (physical therapy), OT or SLP, Nutritional counseling and spiritual considerations were looked at to identify their placement. Once the form was ready, it was reviewed by Management which included the CEO, vice-president of nursing and legal council advisor. Implementation of corrective Action Plan: à ·A training session was conduced within the nursing units to review and asses the form. à ·The staff provided favorable feedback about the new assessment process, stating that they liked it and that it saved them time. The nurses in charge of audits stated that the form helps her when sheââ¬â¢s looking for compliance With regulatory issues à ·The Nurse working in admitting patients stated that it greatly simplified this assessment. Once he understood that fear had now became an immense part of reading, he knew he had o take action. This occasion of sudden insight was pure motivation to get his message across using what he knows best: literature. Holt is positively convinced that the school system is corrupt due to the severe lack of freedom in the way teachers instruct their classes. After he grasped the idea about eating whatever book they choose in their free time, he attained a great deal of previously unknown knowledge about his students. The purpose of him writing these opinionated essays is to show society that reading can be pleasurable when it is not being constantly forced upon students. Seeing students improve their reading and learning abilities without persistent vocabulary and reading analysis tests is one of Halts main objectives as well. There is a distinct difference between wanting to read and be able to read and he believed he could make it so that they are both in onions. The author of this passage was John Holt, who an elementary school English educator for most of his life. His experience as a teacher have opened his eyes to what he truly believes in and will continue to be an advocate for. From the information given, it is quite evident that Holt is well educated. This observation could be inferred by his use of word choice and also his grammatically correct and elegant sentence structure. Another inference that can be made about Holt is that he is rather headstrong and stands up for what he believes in. For example, it took him woo years to realize and accept the fact that his sister was correct, and ever since he has never ceased to proclaim his beliefs. Throughout the piece, Holt changes in the aspect of his tone. Towards the beginning, Holt was a firm, strict teacher who, as he claimed, was not exactly lenient. Throughout the entire essay, Holt remains to keep his tone insightful and knowledgeable on everything. Eventually however, his tone begins to adjust and he becomes a radical thinker who wants to see a change, rather than the ordinary school teacher who prefers to stick to what has always been.

Also sport as an integral part of the dialectics of international relations, it can be used as a mean of strengthening the political power, but on the other hand, as an effective instrument for strengthening mutual understanding of nations, as sport has an opportunity to consolidate peace, especially in times of international tension, it can help to stabilize international relations as part of cultural exchange. Conclusion Modern sport is multifaceted, differentiated, and it is able to satisfy the most diverse needs of individuals and society in the field of sports. However, it has conflicting characteristics , which generates a dual attitude towards it: some see the sport as a source of health, disability, method of improving persons character, of expanding the boundaries of human capabilities; others note the negative impact of sport on physical health and personality traits. It gave the British East India Company a virtual monopoly on the tea trade in North America while keeping the Townshend tea tax. The monopoly lowered the price of tea, but it hurt colonial businessmen. Soon the colonies started to boycott tea. For the British, the Tea Act sounded like a wonderful idea because it lowered the price on tea. The Tea Act could also let the colonies show that they are Englishmen and it was good for the whole empire. But on the other hand, the colonies thought the tea act was slowly taking away their rights, ruining their 150 years of tradition.
